小学生正处于童年时期，应当是人生中最无忧无虑、最天真快乐的时期。然而，课业负担过重的问题一直困扰着我国的基础教育，一方面不利于小学生的健康成长，另一方面严重阻碍了素质教育的实施。对减轻小学生的课业负担提出了一些措施。

소학생정처우동년시기，응당시인생중최무우무필、최천진쾌악적시기。연이，과업부담과중적문제일직곤우착아국적기출교육，일방면불리우소학생적건강성장，령일방면엄중조애료소질교육적실시。대감경소학생적과업부담제출료일사조시。
The primary is in childhood, which is the most carefree life, the most innocent happy period. However, the heavy academic burden has plagued our country’s basic education, on the one hand this is not conducive to the healthy growth of primary school students,on the other hand it has seriously hindered the implementation of quality education. The author puts forward some measures to reduce the academic burden on students.
