目的:调查急救部一线护理人员手机带菌情况与手卫生之间的关系。方法:连续3 d对急诊病房12名一线护理人员使用手机表面进行细菌培养及药敏试验,并与同期急救部患者送检标本细菌培养药敏检查进行比较。结果:护理人员手机表面细菌培养结果检出金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等9种菌株,并发现广泛耐药菌2株;同期急救部送检患者细菌培养检出金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等8种菌株,耐药菌3株。结论:一线医护人员工作中使用手机可能引起细菌交叉感染。

목적:조사급구부일선호리인원수궤대균정황여수위생지간적관계。방법:련속3 d대급진병방12명일선호리인원사용수궤표면진행세균배양급약민시험,병여동기급구부환자송검표본세균배양약민검사진행비교。결과:호리인원수궤표면세균배양결과검출금황색포도구균、표피포도구균、대장애희균、폐염극뢰백균、포만불동간균등9충균주,병발현엄범내약균2주;동기급구부송검환자세균배양검출금황색포도구균、표피포도구균、대장애희균、폐염극뢰백균、포만불동간균등8충균주,내약균3주。결론:일선의호인원공작중사용수궤가능인기세균교차감염。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the bacteria on the surface of mobile phone and hand hygiene in medical staff in emergency department. Methods:The bacteria culture and sensitivity test of the surface of mobile phone of 12 medical staff in emergency department were investigated for 3 days,the results of which were compared with those of the patients’specimens. Results:The 9 bacterial strains, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Bauman Acinetobacter and so on( including 2 extensively drug-resistant bacteria strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Bauman Acinetobacter) ,on the surface of mobile phone of medical staff were detected by bacteria culture. The 12 bacterial strains,such as Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis,Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Bauman Acinetobacter and so on ( including 3 extensively drug -resistant bacteria strains of Staphylococcus aureus,Bauman Acinetobacter and Escherichia coli) ,in patients’specimens were detected by bacteria culture. Conclusions:The mobile phone of medical stuff may be the media of bacterial cross infection.
