目的：探讨负压封闭引流技术( VSD)联合胫后动脉内踝上穿支皮瓣修复足踝部感染创面的临床效果。方法：对16例足踝部感染创面先以VSD行足踝部感染创面的引流治疗,再以胫后动脉内踝上穿支为血管蒂设计、切取皮瓣,修复足踝部软组织缺损创面,皮瓣面积4 cm×10 cm~8 cm×14 cm。结果：16例皮瓣均一期成活,质地柔软,外形良好,供区无明显并发症,患者术后满意度评分为6~9分。结论：VSD有利于感染创面的治疗,缩短了病程,VSD联合胫后动脉内踝上穿支皮瓣对足踝部感染创面的修复有良好的临床效果。
목적：탐토부압봉폐인류기술( VSD)연합경후동맥내과상천지피판수복족과부감염창면적림상효과。방법：대16례족과부감염창면선이VSD행족과부감염창면적인류치료,재이경후동맥내과상천지위혈관체설계、절취피판,수복족과부연조직결손창면,피판면적4 cm×10 cm~8 cm×14 cm。결과：16례피판균일기성활,질지유연,외형량호,공구무명현병발증,환자술후만의도평분위6~9분。결론：VSD유리우감염창면적치료,축단료병정,VSD연합경후동맥내과상천지피판대족과부감염창면적수복유량호적림상효과。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD ) technology combined with medial supramalleolar perforator flap of posterior tibial artery in repairing foot and ankle wound infection. Methods:Sixteen patients with foot and ankle wound infection were treated with VSD technology at first. The medial supramalleolar perforator flap of posterior tibial artery with 4 cmí10 cm to 8 cmí14 cm was designed,and then the flap was transplanted into the defect site of foot and ankle to repair soft tissue. Results:All flaps survived,and the flap was soft texture and good appearance. No obvious complication was found in donor site. The score of patient satisfaction was 6 to 9 points. Conclusions:VSD technology can promote the recovery of wound infection, and shorten the duration of disease. The clinical effects of VSD technology combined with medial supramalleolar perforator flap of posterior tibial artery in repairing foot and ankle wound infection are good.
