分析了组合机床镗孔车端面镗刀系统使用过程中存在的缺陷,提出了镗刀刀盘与刀杆采用分体式设计的改进措施,使用过程中出现的明显振动现象,结合常见产生振动的原因,分析出是由于刀杆刚度不足所引起的振动,根据工艺参数,计算出了镗孔过程中刀杆所受径向力,利用SolidWorks软件建立了刀杆的三维模型,并用软件自带的 Simulation插件对刀杆进行了有限元分析,得到了刀杆应力变形云图和位移云图,最后采用增加刀杆的夹持部分长度的措施,振动现象消失。为相关机床的刀盘刀杆的改进提供了保证,具有较好的借鉴意义。
分析瞭組閤機床鏜孔車耑麵鏜刀繫統使用過程中存在的缺陷,提齣瞭鏜刀刀盤與刀桿採用分體式設計的改進措施,使用過程中齣現的明顯振動現象,結閤常見產生振動的原因,分析齣是由于刀桿剛度不足所引起的振動,根據工藝參數,計算齣瞭鏜孔過程中刀桿所受徑嚮力,利用SolidWorks軟件建立瞭刀桿的三維模型,併用軟件自帶的 Simulation插件對刀桿進行瞭有限元分析,得到瞭刀桿應力變形雲圖和位移雲圖,最後採用增加刀桿的夾持部分長度的措施,振動現象消失。為相關機床的刀盤刀桿的改進提供瞭保證,具有較好的藉鑒意義。

Defects in the process of using end boring cutter system of combination machine tool is analyzed. The boring cutter and the cutter rod split design improvement measure is adopted. Obvious vibration phe-nomenon in the process of using is caused by the lack of stiffness of the cutter bar, with the common causes of vibration. Radial force has been calculated in the process of boring cutter according to the process param-eters. Three-dimensional model of the cutter arbor has been established using SolidWorks. And Fem analysis is carried out using Simulation plug-in components. Stress deformation nephogram and displacement nepho-gram of cutter arbor have been obtained. Finally by the measure of increasing the length of cutter bar clam-ping part the vibration phenomenon disappears. These provide a guarantee of improving the machine tool Cutter arbor and have a good reference.
