在五轴联动机床加工复杂工件时,其加工程序的编制以及检测较为困难,在加工时容易出现干涉及撞刀等现象。为提高NC程序的实用性,降低加工中出现的问题,在实际加工前需进行仿真验证。文章结合某分流叶轮数控加工程序的编制,分析了五轴加工复杂型面件的加工策略,并通过数控加工仿真软件Vericut对分流叶轮加工程序进行了优化,说明采用Vericut软件解决了五轴联动加工复杂零件的问题。

The process of preparation and testing is difficult, and easy to appear the phenomenon such as in-terfere and cutter, when five-axis linkage machining complex workpiece. Simulation verification is necessary before actual machining,in order to improve the practical in NC program and reduce the problem in the pro-cessing. This paper, which combined with preparation of the NC meching program for flow impeller, ana-lyzed the processing strategy of five axis machining of complex surface parts,and has carried on the optimi-zation of the NC meching program for flow impeller by Vericut software, and solves the problem of five axis maching of complex parts by Vericut software.
