针对传统机床床身设计中存在的材料浪费、设计周期长和刚性不足等缺陷,依据双主轴数控车床的具体结构,利用有限元分析软件进行动静特性分析和结构优化。在满足机床动静刚度的前提下,进行关键尺寸的灵敏度分析,对影响床身性能最大的尺寸进行优化取值,达到结构优化的最终目的,从而减轻床身重量,降低生产成本,提高床身的刚度和固有频率,为以后机床设计制造提供了相关的基础数据和参考依据。

Focus on the existence of material waste ,long design period, insufficient stiffness and other de-fects in the tradition design of machine bed. Based on the specific structure of dual center, using software of finite element analysis for static and dynamic characteristics analysis and structural optimization. Premise to meet static and dynamic stiffness of machine, analysis of sensitivity of the key dimensions. To achieve the ultimate goal of structural optimization by select the dimension which have most influence on the lathe bed. The weight of the lathe bed reduced, the production cost is depressed, the stiffness and natural frequency and other technological index enhanced. In order to provides the more useful data and reference for the fu-ture design.
