针对大功率摩擦焊机定位速度快、精度高的要求，从转子切割定子磁场产生制动电动势出发，分析再生制动的原理和过程，采用再生制动控制技术经过相位调制来实现相位控制。利用Matlab对相位角控制模拟，通过设定边界条件来对相位角进行仿真分析。改变部分参数来对相位角度模拟控制，并对主要参数的模拟结果分析，使摩擦焊接工件的相位误差小于±1°，满足使用要求。实验结果验证了理论分析的可行性和正确性。
