提出一种基于PCI总线的数控机床多轴同步位置检测卡,以此解决在高速进给状态下的同步位置检测问题。以具有较高传输速率的PCI总线作为总线接口,以单片机作为板上主控制器,以双端口RAM作为共享空间,用状态机实现同步位置检测功能。设计出数据采集模块和控制电路,并且开发了获取硬件设备的应用程序。

A multi-axis synchronous position measurement card in CNC was developed to settle the problem of synchronous position measurement at high speed. an alternative was proposed to design the position meas-urement card, in which the PCI bus with high data transferring speed was adopted as the bus of the synchro-nous position measurement system, a MCU was used as the main controller, a dual-port RAM was applied to provide the necessary sharing space for collecting the position data, and status machine was adopted to re-alize the synchronous position measurement function. The data-collecting module and controller module was designed. Application program acquiring hardware device resources was also developed.
