为提高转子动平衡机的R型铣削去重效率和一次去重的合格率,对R型铣削去重建模进行研究。根据转子的齿槽分布对铣削量和铣削方位产生的影响,建立数学模型用Newton迭代法求解,对相位误差进行修正,并对相应的幅值误差进行补偿。应用表明,此方案对PLC具备良好的可实现性,在转子动平衡精度的目标下,能够实现90%以上的转子一次铣削去重率及近80%的转子去重合格率。

In order to improve productivity efficiency and the one-cut success rate of the R-shaped milling unbalance correction of the rotor balancing machine, Studying model of R-shaped milling unbalance correc-tion. According to the impact of the rotor alveolar on milling mass and milling position, A mathematical model based on Newton iteration method is used to compensate correct phase error and amplitude error ap-propriately . Application shows that the control strategy can fit the weak calculation ability of PLC very well , and achieve a one-cut efficiency of above 90% and success rate of about 80% under goal of the rotor bal-ancing accuracy.
