针对硬脆性材料在加工过程中表面容易产生裂纹和凹坑等缺陷,应用超声振动切削原理,提出一种基于3-SPS机构的刀尖可做空间复杂轨迹振动的非共振型压电超声振动切削结构。首先叙述了结构的运动机理及刀尖的微观运动轨迹,设计出压电振子结构,建立工作头的三维模型,并对工作头机构进行了运动分析、仿真和动力学分析,最后进行结构优化以及应力校核并加工出样机,验证该结构的可行性并得到其刀尖能够产生空间复杂振动轨迹的结论。
針對硬脆性材料在加工過程中錶麵容易產生裂紋和凹坑等缺陷,應用超聲振動切削原理,提齣一種基于3-SPS機構的刀尖可做空間複雜軌跡振動的非共振型壓電超聲振動切削結構。首先敘述瞭結構的運動機理及刀尖的微觀運動軌跡,設計齣壓電振子結構,建立工作頭的三維模型,併對工作頭機構進行瞭運動分析、倣真和動力學分析,最後進行結構優化以及應力校覈併加工齣樣機,驗證該結構的可行性併得到其刀尖能夠產生空間複雜振動軌跡的結論。

In view of the hard brittle material in the process of machining surface it’ s easy to generate the defects such as cracks and potholes. Applicating ultrasonic vibration cutting principle, the paper puts forward a kind of non-resonant ultrasonic vibration cutting structure based on 3-SPS Parallel Mechanism, in which the tool tip can act with complex vibration track in space. Firstly, introduction of movement mechanism of the structure and the the micro motion trajectory of the tip are depicted, followed by designing a piezoelectric vibrator structure and establishing the three-dimensional model of the 3-SPS vibration cutting structure. Sec-ondly, motion analysis, simulation and dynamics analysis have been took via theorical and FEM methord, Finally, through structure optimization and the stress checking, it has been verified for the feasibility of the structure and the ability of the blade capable of producing complex vibration trajectory.
