目的：分析云南省肿瘤医院门诊癌痛患者三阶梯治疗用药情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，收集该院2013年门诊疼痛科治疗癌痛患者三阶梯治疗用药情况，通过Excel软件对三阶梯药物利用分析指标包括用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）、金额排序/DDDs排序位次比等进行统计分析。结果：目前该院使用的癌痛三阶梯药物主要有16个品种，用药以第三、第二阶梯的药物为主，首选阿片类药物。结论：该院门诊癌痛患者的三阶梯治疗用药基本合理，同时也存在用药经济性不合理的现象。药师需加强学习和知识更新，改进癌痛药品的管理和临床使用，提高癌痛患者的生活质量。
목적：분석운남성종류의원문진암통환자삼계제치료용약정황，촉진림상합리용약。방법：채용회고성분석방법，수집해원2013년문진동통과치료암통환자삼계제치료용약정황，통과Excel연건대삼계제약물이용분석지표포괄용약빈도（DDDs）、한정일비용（DDC）、금액배서/DDDs배서위차비등진행통계분석。결과：목전해원사용적암통삼계제약물주요유16개품충，용약이제삼、제이계제적약물위주，수선아편류약물。결론：해원문진암통환자적삼계제치료용약기본합리，동시야존재용약경제성불합리적현상。약사수가강학습화지식경신，개진암통약품적관리화림상사용，제고암통환자적생활질량。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the drug use in the outpatients with cancer pain receiving three-step analgesic ladder treat-ment in Yunnan Provincial Tumor Hospital so as to promote rational use of drugs. METHODS:Retrospectively,the drug use in the outpatients with cancer pain receiving three-step analgesic ladder treatment in the hospital in 2013 was analyzed using Excellsoft-ware with regard to the drug utilization indexes including DDDs,DDC,the ratio of consumption sum order to DDDs order. RE-SULTS:Mainly 16 drugs,predominantly the third and second ladder drugs,were used in three-step analgesic ladder treatment in the hospital with opioids as the first choice. CONCLUSIONS:The drug use in the outpatients with cancer pain receiving three-step analgesic ladder treatment in the hospital was basically rational;however,it is far from rational pharmacoeconomically. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen learning and knowledge renewal for pharmacists and improve the management and clinical use of drugs for cancer pain and improve the quality of life in patients with cancer pain.
