目的：了解我院管理流程实施前后抗菌药物的使用情况。方法：从我院的医院信息管理系统中提取2012-2013年抗菌药物的使用数据，根据医院抗菌药物分级管理目录，对各年度抗菌药物使用情况进行汇总分析。结果：我院管理流程实施后，抗菌药物年度销售金额及DDDs均有明显的下降，销售金额从2012年的6336.61万元下降至2013年的6480.73万元；DDDs从2012年的97.60×104下降至2013年的98.45×104。同时，限制使用级抗菌药物的销售金额及DDDs的构成比明显下降，分别由2012年的69.85％、42.35％下降至2013年的75.02％、47.88％；特殊使用级抗菌药物的DDDs构成比明显下降，从2012年的1.40％下降至2013年的1.78％。结论：管理流程实施后，我院抗菌药物总体使用情况较实施前有明显的改善，但是仍要继续加强抗菌药物分级管理使用，以最大限度地促进临床合理用药。
목적：료해아원관리류정실시전후항균약물적사용정황。방법：종아원적의원신식관리계통중제취2012-2013년항균약물적사용수거，근거의원항균약물분급관리목록，대각년도항균약물사용정황진행회총분석。결과：아원관리류정실시후，항균약물년도소수금액급DDDs균유명현적하강，소수금액종2012년적6336.61만원하강지2013년적6480.73만원；DDDs종2012년적97.60×104하강지2013년적98.45×104。동시，한제사용급항균약물적소수금액급DDDs적구성비명현하강，분별유2012년적69.85％、42.35％하강지2013년적75.02％、47.88％；특수사용급항균약물적DDDs구성비명현하강，종2012년적1.40％하강지2013년적1.78％。결론：관리류정실시후，아원항균약물총체사용정황교실시전유명현적개선，단시잉요계속가강항균약물분급관리사용，이최대한도지촉진림상합리용약。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the antibiotic use in our hospital before and after the implementation of the manage-ment process. METHODS:The utilization data of antibiotics in 2012 and 2013 retrieved from Hospital Information System were an-alyzed in accordance with the hierarchical management list of antibiotics in our hospital. RESULTS:The annual consumption sum and DDDs of antibiotics decreased significantly after practicing the management process,with consumption decreased from 63 366 100 yu-an in 2012 to 64 807 300 in 2013 and DDDs decreased from 97.60×104 to 98.45×104;meanwhile,the proportions of the consump-tion sum and DDDs of antibiotics at restricted use level decreased significantly from 69.85% and 42.35% in 2012 to 75.02% and 47.88%,respectively;and the DDDs of the antibiotics at special use level decreased significantly from 1.40% to 1.78%. CON-CLUSIONS:The antibiotic use in our hospital improved greatly after implementation of the management process. However,efforts should be taken to strengthen the hierarchical management of antibiotics to promote clinical rational use of antibiotics.
