目的：评价2011-2013年我院口腔颌面外科门诊抗菌药物的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对2011-2013年我院口腔颌面外科门诊抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、药物利用指数（DUI）及限定日费用（DDC）等进行统计分析。结果：3年中，抗菌药物总销售金额分别为2677676.31、2182635.09、1594307.32元；总DDDs分别为128835.43、84136.16、67164.16，均呈下降趋势。DDDs结果表明，以应用头孢菌素类、大环内酯类、硝基咪唑类为主，其中大环内酯类的应用逐年下降；DUI及DDC结果表明，抗菌药物应用渐趋合理，抗菌药物注射剂应用有上升趋势。结论：我院口腔颌面外科抗菌药物药占比逐年下降，应用趋于合理。

목적：평개2011-2013년아원구강합면외과문진항균약물적응용정황，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법：대2011-2013년아원구강합면외과문진항균약물적소수금액、용약빈도（DDDs）、약물이용지수（DUI）급한정일비용（DDC）등진행통계분석。결과：3년중，항균약물총소수금액분별위2677676.31、2182635.09、1594307.32원；총DDDs분별위128835.43、84136.16、67164.16，균정하강추세。DDDs결과표명，이응용두포균소류、대배내지류、초기미서류위주，기중대배내지류적응용축년하강；DUI급DDC결과표명，항균약물응용점추합리，항균약물주사제응용유상승추세。결론：아원구강합면외과항균약물약점비축년하강，응용추우합리。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the utilization of antibacterial drugs in the outpatients from oral and maxillofacial surgery department of our hospital during 2011-2013 so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibacterial drugs. METH-ODS:The utilization of antibacterial drugs in the outpatients from oral and maxillofacial surgery department during 2011-2013 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and DUI. RESULTS:From 2011 to 2013,the total con-sumption sum of antibacterial drugs were 2 677 676.31,2 182 635.09 and 1 594 307.32 yuan respectively,and the total DDDs of the antibacterial drugs were 128 835.43,84 136.16 and 67 164.16 respectively,showing downward trend for both consumption sum and DDDs. With regard to DDDs,cephalosporins,macrolides and nitroimidazoles were most frequently used;however,the consumption of macrolide decreased year by year;both DUI and DDC of antibacterial drugs had become more and more rational and the use of antimicrobial injections showed an upward trend. CONCLUSIONS:The proportion of antibacterial drugs in the out-patients from oral and maxillofacial surgery department in our hospital decreased year by year and the utilization of which was more and more rational.
