中共十一届三中全会前后，中共中央重建了党内监督制度。之后，在总结实践经验的基础上，中共中央采取多种措施健全监察体制，强化选举监督，规范干部的选拔工作，改进和加强巡视工作，强调权力公开运行，突出对主要领导干部的监督。这些政策的出台，进一步完善了党内监督制度，推动了干部监督和党风廉政建设工作的发展。
中共十一屆三中全會前後，中共中央重建瞭黨內鑑督製度。之後，在總結實踐經驗的基礎上，中共中央採取多種措施健全鑑察體製，彊化選舉鑑督，規範榦部的選拔工作，改進和加彊巡視工作，彊調權力公開運行，突齣對主要領導榦部的鑑督。這些政策的齣檯，進一步完善瞭黨內鑑督製度，推動瞭榦部鑑督和黨風廉政建設工作的髮展。
중공십일계삼중전회전후，중공중앙중건료당내감독제도。지후，재총결실천경험적기출상，중공중앙채취다충조시건전감찰체제，강화선거감독，규범간부적선발공작，개진화가강순시공작，강조권력공개운행，돌출대주요령도간부적감독。저사정책적출태，진일보완선료당내감독제도，추동료간부감독화당풍렴정건설공작적발전。
Before and after the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of Communist Party of China , the inner party supervision system was reconstructed .Drawing upon practical experience , the Central Com-mittee of the Communist Party perfects the supervision system by such measures as strengthening the election moni -toring, standardizing the selection of cadres , improving and strengthening the inspection work , stressing the opera-tion of public power , and highlighting the supervision of leading cadres .The introduction of these policies further improves the inner party supervision system , and promotes the development of cadre supervision and construction of a clean and honest government .
