罗伯特 A·瑞泽教授,美国佛罗里达州立大学教育学院研究副院长、教育心理与学习系统系教学系统学专业负责人,曾获佛罗里达州立大学杰出教学奖,2004年荣任教育学院“罗伯特·摩根讲习教授”。出版过《设计有效教学》《教学设计与技术的趋势与问题》等书,后者修订过2次并获多个奖项。他曾担任“教育技术研究与开发杂志”(Educational Technology, Research and Development)编委会成员长达17年。他还成立了AECT的设计和开发奖项目,并担任裁决委员会的主席25年。2014年3月,应北京师范大学刘美凤教授邀请、受“仲英名家教育讲堂”项目资助,瑞泽教授来到了北京师范大学,他以2012年出版的《教学设计与技术的趋势与问题》一书为核心内容连续作了四场精彩讲座:教学设计的发展历史、绩效改进导论、影响教育技术领域的十大趋势、有效的大学教学实践,尽显教学设计大师风范。讲座结束后,本刊特邀访谈者借此佳机就一些重要问题对他进行了访谈,撰写了此文,以向读者系统介绍瑞泽教授在教育技术学学科基本概念、学科趋势预测和有效教学三个方面的学术思想。

Editor’s Commentary:Robert A. Reiser, Associate Dean for Research, University Distinguished Teaching Professor and Robert M. Morgan Professor of Instructional Systems, College of Education, Florida State University. He is a world-renowned scholar in the ifeld of educational technology, he had published several books, such as Planning Effective Instruction, Trends and Issues in Instructional Design and Technology which has been published three times has received many awards, etc. He had been an editorial board member of the journal “Educational Technology Research and Development” for 17 years. As a chairman, outstanding journal article committee, he established Division for Instructional Development, Association for Educational Communications and Technology. <br> In March 2014, Dr. Robert A. Reiser visited Beijing Normal University at the invitation of Dr. Meifeng Liu of Beijing Normal University and supported by“Zhongying Expert Forum of Education”Project. Based on the core content of his 2012 book“Trends and Issues in Instructional Design and Technology”, Dr. Reiser gave four wonderful lectures, including A History of Instructional Design, Introduction to Performance Improvement, Ten Trends Affecting the Field of Educational Technology, and Effective Teaching Practice in Higher Education, which fully demonstrated himself as a master of instructional design. After the lectures, we interviewed with him about some important issues and wrote this article to introduce his important thoughts on the basic concepts and trends in the ifeld of educational technology, as well as on effective teaching to the audience.
