在医疗联合体模式下，医院护理管理通过移植护理文化，“走下去”帮扶，“请上来”培训，落实“三统一”等举措，构建了护理同质化的管理模式，形成了共同提高护理质量的长效机制，重整了区域性的护理集团化队伍，为促进医疗联合体的成功运作及惠及广大人民群众就医看病起到了良好的促进作用。
재의료연합체모식하，의원호리관리통과이식호리문화，“주하거”방부，“청상래”배훈，락실“삼통일”등거조，구건료호리동질화적관리모식，형성료공동제고호리질량적장효궤제，중정료구역성적호리집단화대오，위촉진의료연합체적성공운작급혜급엄대인민군음취의간병기도료량호적촉진작용。
In the mode of healthcare alliance, the hospital nursing management was enhanced by transplanting the nursing culture with measures of "going down to support the grassroots", "inviting the grassroots for training", and implemented the "three unified". A homogenous nursing management mode and long-term mechanism to improve the quality of nursing were built in the healthcare alliance and the nursing team in this region was restructured. Besides, these measures also helped to promote the successful operation of the healthcare alliance and played a positive role in benefiting the patients for getting medical services.
