本研究对利用基因芯片技术从抗、感黄曲霉花生品种中分离出的差异表达基因PnLOX2进行原核表达，得到分子量为121．5 kD的融合表达产物；构建了PnLOX2基因的3′端反向重复结构并转化花生，得到了转基因花生苗，为反向鉴定PnLOX2基因在花生抗黄曲霉侵染过程中的功能奠定基础。
본연구대이용기인심편기술종항、감황곡매화생품충중분리출적차이표체기인PnLOX2진행원핵표체，득도분자량위121．5 kD적융합표체산물；구건료PnLOX2기인적3′단반향중복결구병전화화생，득도료전기인화생묘，위반향감정PnLOX2기인재화생항황곡매침염과정중적공능전정기출。
PnLOX2,a differential expression gene was previously isolated from two peanut cultivars re-sistant or susceptible to Aspergillus flavus by gene chip technology .It was expressed in E.coli BL21 and the fu-sion protein of 121 .5 kD was obtained .At the same time, its inverted repeats of the 3′end were constructed and transformed into peanut via Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated transformation method .The primary trans-genic peanut plants were obtained .This study laid foundations for reverse identification of the function of Pn-LOX2 gene in the process of peanut resisting Aspergillus flavus infection.
