目前，在各高校中大学生党员的数量较多，有的学校或学院的学生党员人数占在校生人数超过20%。一方面反映了高校学生党建和思想政治工作的成果，另一方面也增加了对高校学生党员的管理难度。鉴于此，结合相关文献及近几年组织大学生党员进行继续教育的实践，论述要开展高校大学生党员继续教育的创新研究，要强化理想信念，提高理论修养，开展情商训练，提高党性修养，树立党员形象。

At present,the number of student party members in universities is large,with the proportion of student party members in some university or college over 20%. On the one hand,it reflects the achievement of university student party construction and ideo-logical and political work,but on the other hand,it adds to the difficulty of the management of university student party members. Therefore,this paper,combined with relevant documents and the practice of the continuous education of university student party mem-bers in recent years,discusses the innovative research of the continuous education of university student party members. We should strengthen our ideal and belief,improve our theoretical quality,conduct EQ training and party spirit and establish party member image.
