Epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors (EGFRIs) have become an important option for the targeted treatment of a variety of tumors.However,EGFRIs may cause a series of adverse skin reactions,such as papulopustular (acneiform) eruption,hair and nail changes,radiation dermatitis,pruritus,xerosis,fissure and oral complications.To recognize the manifestations of adverse skin reactions,give timely and appropriate treatment with proper drugs,and to actively prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions are of great value in ensuring continuation of treatment and improving patients' quality of life.
