利用FDS数值模拟软件,模拟了装置应急响应保护层中设置水喷淋装置对原油储罐火灾事故后果严重度的影响。研究结果表明,水喷淋对原油储罐火灾热流量和温度的降低率达到30%左右,结合实例发现,水喷淋对火灾热量辐射范围的抑制和减小具有明显效果。该模拟弥补了传统装置应急响应保护层分析在事故后果严重度量化方面的不足,为油罐火灾事故防治及装置应急响应保护层制定提供参考依据。
利用FDS數值模擬軟件,模擬瞭裝置應急響應保護層中設置水噴淋裝置對原油儲罐火災事故後果嚴重度的影響。研究結果錶明,水噴淋對原油儲罐火災熱流量和溫度的降低率達到30%左右,結閤實例髮現,水噴淋對火災熱量輻射範圍的抑製和減小具有明顯效果。該模擬瀰補瞭傳統裝置應急響應保護層分析在事故後果嚴重度量化方麵的不足,為油罐火災事故防治及裝置應急響應保護層製定提供參攷依據。

Numerical simulation software FDS is used to simulate influences of setting water spray in equipment emergency response protective layer on crude oil storage tank fire accidents consequences severity .The results show that the decline of fire heat flow and temperature can reach about 30 percent under the protection of water spray .Connected with the instance , it is found that the water spray device can also obviously affect the restrain and reduction of the heat radiation scope .The simulation offsets the traditional equipment emergency response protective layer analysis which lacks quantitative analysis for the accident consequences severity ,providing references for oil tank fire accident prevention and formulation of equipment e-mergency response protective layer .
