目的 探讨铅和噪声联合作用对工人的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.方法 选择年龄、工龄及接触噪声强度相近的A(铅和噪声联合作用组)、B(单纯噪声组)两组工人,测定血SOD、MDA含量,同时测定血铅含量,并比较两组数据差异.结果 A、B两组工人血SOD值分别为(65.2±16.3) U/ml、(63.8±13.9) U/ml,两组工人血SOD值无明显差异(P>0.05);A、B两组工人血MDA含量分别为(6.81±3.12)nmol/ml、(5.02±2.36)nmol/ml,两组工人血MDA含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 铅和噪声联合作用可加重机体自由基损害和脂质过氧化.

목적 탐토연화조성연합작용대공인적혈청초양화물기화매(SOD)、병이철(MDA)함량적영향.방법 선택년령、공령급접촉조성강도상근적A(연화조성연합작용조)、B(단순조성조)량조공인,측정혈SOD、MDA함량,동시측정혈연함량,병비교량조수거차이.결과 A、B량조공인혈SOD치분별위(65.2±16.3) U/ml、(63.8±13.9) U/ml,량조공인혈SOD치무명현차이(P>0.05);A、B량조공인혈MDA함량분별위(6.81±3.12)nmol/ml、(5.02±2.36)nmol/ml,량조공인혈MDA함량차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 연화조성연합작용가가중궤체자유기손해화지질과양화.
Objective To explore the combined effects of lead and noise exposure on serum SOD and MDA levels.Methods Workers in group A (lead and noise exposure) and group B (noise exposure) had matched age,length of working and intensity of noise.The serum SOD and MDA levels were detected and compared between two groups.Results The serum SOD levels of group A and group B were (65.2 ± 16.3)U/ml,(63.8 ± 13.9)U/ml respectively,without significant difference between two groups (P > 0.05).The serum MDA levels of group A and group B were (6.81 ± 3.12) nmol/ml,(5.02 ± 2.36) nmol/ml respectively,with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Lead combined with noise exposure may worsen free radical impairment and lipid peroxidation.
