针对庞大的住宅用户,传统的住宅人工报修方式已难以达到快速、准确地处理要求。为方便用户的信息反馈、缓解保障压力、科学有效地安排人员维修、提高办事效率,需开发网上保修系统。文中在WAMP开发环境下,通过ThinkPHP框架,开发了基于Web的住宅网上报修系统,并介绍了开发本系统所用的关键技术、系统结构及数据库设计。通过系统的投入运行,提高了基建部门的维修效率。

In view of the huge resident population in south campus , traditional way of artificial service can not satisfy the requirement of rapid and accurate processing.For the convenience of the user's information feedback , alle-viate the pressure of the huge security , scientific and effective arrangement of personnel work , improve efficiency , need to develope the Repair application system based on Web.Through the ThinkPHP framework , The paper describe the development of the Repair application system , which was based on WAMP Environment , and expond the key technologies , system structure and the database design.Now the system has been launched into practical operation , improve the infrastructure sector repair efficiency.
