目的：观察连花清瘟颗粒联合注射用头孢曲松钠治疗老年细菌性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将82例老年细菌性肺炎患者随机分为2组。对照组42例予注射用头孢曲松钠静脉滴注治疗，治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用连花清瘟颗粒口服，2组疗程均为10 d。观察2组临床疗效及临床症状改善情况。结果治疗组发热、咳嗽、气喘及咯痰等症状消退时间均短于对照组（ P＜0．05）。治疗组总有效率95．00％，对照组总有效率83．33％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论连花清瘟颗粒联合注射用头孢曲松钠治疗老年细菌性肺炎，可缩短症状持续的时间，明显提高细菌性肺炎的治愈率。
목적：관찰련화청온과립연합주사용두포곡송납치료노년세균성폐염적림상료효。방법장82례노년세균성폐염환자수궤분위2조。대조조42례여주사용두포곡송납정맥적주치료，치료조40례재대조조치료기출상가용련화청온과립구복，2조료정균위10 d。관찰2조림상료효급림상증상개선정황。결과치료조발열、해수、기천급각담등증상소퇴시간균단우대조조（ P＜0．05）。치료조총유효솔95．00％，대조조총유효솔83．33％，치료조료효우우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론련화청온과립연합주사용두포곡송납치료노년세균성폐염，가축단증상지속적시간，명현제고세균성폐염적치유솔。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen granules combined antibiotic in the treatment of the senile bacterial pneumonia .Methods 82 cases of e senile bacterial pneumonia were randomly divid-ed into two groups , 40 cases in the treatment group were given Lianhua Qingwen granules combined antibiotic treat -ment, and the control group (42 cases) were given antibiotic therapy only, 10 days for a period of treatment,the treatment effect of the two groups of patients were compared .Results After 10 days of treatment , subsided time of symptoms such as fever , cough, asthma and cough phlegm in treatment group was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05).Clinical symptoms improved time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group .The total ef-fective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, which had better effects than control group ( 83.33%, P<0.01). Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen granules combined ceftriaxone sodium for injection on the treatment of senile bacteri -al pneumonia can shorten the duration of the symptoms , improve the cure rate of bacterial pneumonia .
