介绍了电磁斥力机构的工作原理及快速负荷开关的特点,给出了20 kV快速负荷开关设计计算,基于已有电磁斥力机构研制经验,对各个关键设计参数进行分析,提出直流20 kV快速负荷开关的关键点并成功实施,为更高电压等级快速负荷开关的设计制造提出了解决思路。

Introduction was made to the working principle of electromagnetic force machine and the characteristics of fast load switch. This paper gave the design calculation of 20 kV fast load switch. On the basis of drawing on the existing development experience of elec-tromagnetic force machine, each key design parameter was analyzed and the key point of 20 kV fast load switch was raised and success-fully put in practice. This paper raised solution idea to manufacture the higher voltage grade fast load switch.
