对电网的合环或解合环的操作都可以相应地提高电网运行可靠性，根据以往合环或解环仿真软件的特点，提出了一种新的仿真软件设计思路，给出了该软件的主体结构、框架及具体仿真模块，该软件可实现实时录入不同电压等级电网的数据，并根据软件已有的分析模型及相关电压等级的分析依据仿真，从而判断电网合环或解环的可行性，以及操作时的风险点，对保障电力系统安全稳定运行具有参考价值。

Operation of grid loop opening and closing can both relatively raise reliability of grid operation. According to the exist-ing features of loop opening and closing simulation software, a new simulation software design idea was raised. The main structure framework of the software and actual simulation module were given to realize real-time recording in data of different voltage grade grid. The simulation was carried out according to the existing analysis model of software and analysis basis of relative voltage grade, thus to judge the feasibility of grid loop opening and closing, and the risk point of operation, with reference value for insur-ing power system in safe, stable operation.
