目的：观察消栓止痛胶囊治疗肢体动脉硬化闭塞症（ ASO）的临床疗效。方法将120例ASO患者随机分为2组，均予基础治疗。治疗组60例加消栓止痛胶囊治疗，对照组60例加血府逐瘀胶囊治疗。2组均30 d为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程。观察2组治疗前后踝肱指数、血液流变学指标及血脂指标变化，比较2组疗效。结果2组治疗后踝肱指数均较本组治疗前升高（P＜0．05），且治疗组升高更明显（P＜0．05）。2组治疗后全血黏度（高切）、全血黏度（低切）、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原均较本组治疗前降低（P＜0．05），且治疗组降低更明显（P＜0．05）。2组治疗后总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C ）均较本组治疗前降低（P＜0．05），且治疗组降低更明显（P＜0．05）；2组治疗后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）均较本组治疗前升高（P ＜0．05），且治疗组升高更明显（P＜0．05）。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论消栓止痛胶囊治疗ASO疗效确切。
목적：관찰소전지통효낭치료지체동맥경화폐새증（ ASO）적림상료효。방법장120례ASO환자수궤분위2조，균여기출치료。치료조60례가소전지통효낭치료，대조조60례가혈부축어효낭치료。2조균30 d위1개료정，치료3개료정。관찰2조치료전후과굉지수、혈액류변학지표급혈지지표변화，비교2조료효。결과2조치료후과굉지수균교본조치료전승고（P＜0．05），차치료조승고경명현（P＜0．05）。2조치료후전혈점도（고절）、전혈점도（저절）、혈장점도급섬유단백원균교본조치료전강저（P＜0．05），차치료조강저경명현（P＜0．05）。2조치료후총담고순（TC）、감유삼지（TG）급저밀도지단백담고순（LDL-C ）균교본조치료전강저（P＜0．05），차치료조강저경명현（P＜0．05）；2조치료후고밀도지단백담고순（HDL-C）균교본조치료전승고（P ＜0．05），차치료조승고경명현（P＜0．05）。2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조。결론소전지통효낭치료ASO료효학절。
Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoshuan Zhitong capsule on the treatment of arteriosclero-sis obliterans ( ASO) .Methods 120 ASO patients were randomly divided into two groups .Patients in two groups re-ceived basic treatment .60 cases in treatment group were treated by Xiaoshuan Zhitong capsule .60 cases in control group were treated by Xuefuzhuyu capsules .The course was 30 days in two groups .The changes of the ankle -brachial index,serum lipids and hemorheology before and after treatment were observed after three courses .Results The an-kle-brachial index after treatment was increased as compared with that before treatment in two groups ,and the in-crease in treatment group was obvious ( P <0.05).Whole blood viscosity (high shear),whole blood viscosity (low shear),plasma viscosity and fibrinogen after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups,and the decrease in treatment group was obvious ( P <0.05).Total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups , and the decrease in treatment group was obvious ( P <0.05).Conclusion Xiaoshuan Zhitong capsule has definite effect on the treatment of ASO .
