目的：探讨不同年龄阶段抑郁症患者中医证候要素的分布，在此基础上分析、挖掘抑郁症的临床特点与病机，为“因人制宜”的抑郁症防治提供有益借鉴。方法通过采集各年龄阶段抑郁症患者的相关信息，挖掘基本证候要素，应用统计学方法探讨不同年龄阶段证候要素的分布差异。结果不同年龄阶段抑郁症患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ HAMD）总评分及因子分分值无明显差异；抑郁症患者的主要病位类证候要素为心；肝、肾是与年龄相关的抑郁症病位类证候要素；阳郁是抑郁症的基本病性类证候要素。结论抑郁症的防治需要在“宣阳开郁”为基本治法基础上，充分注重不同年龄阶段的病机特点，形神共治。
목적：탐토불동년령계단억욱증환자중의증후요소적분포，재차기출상분석、알굴억욱증적림상특점여병궤，위“인인제의”적억욱증방치제공유익차감。방법통과채집각년령계단억욱증환자적상관신식，알굴기본증후요소，응용통계학방법탐토불동년령계단증후요소적분포차이。결과불동년령계단억욱증환자한밀이돈억욱량표（ HAMD）총평분급인자분분치무명현차이；억욱증환자적주요병위류증후요소위심；간、신시여년령상관적억욱증병위류증후요소；양욱시억욱증적기본병성류증후요소。결론억욱증적방치수요재“선양개욱”위기본치법기출상，충분주중불동년령계단적병궤특점，형신공치。
Objective To probe traditional Chinese medicine syndrome elements distribution of the de-pressed patient in different ages ,analysis of depression clinical features and pathogenesis will provide a useful refer -ence to "the person should be"depression prevention .Methods By collecting ages of patients with depression all relevant information ,and tapping the basic elements of the syndrome ,distributional difference between elements of the syndrome in different age were explored by the application of statistical Methods .Results There was no difference between the depressed patient in different ages on HAMD total score and factor score .The main disease-bit syndrome factor of the depressed patient was heart;liver and kidney are age -related disease location depression syndrome ele-ments;Yang Yu is the basic disease resistant depression syndrome elements .Conclusion Prevention of depression need to "declare open Yang Yu", based on the basic governing law ,and fully focuses on the characteristics of the pathogenesis of different ages .
