目的:通过正常小鼠、1型糖尿病及2型糖尿病模型小鼠对甘草中异戊烯基黄酮及亲水性黄酮的降糖、降脂作用进行研究。方法:通过动物实验研究甘草中异戊烯基黄酮及亲水性黄酮对正常小鼠、四氧嘧啶致1型糖尿病模型小鼠及链脲佐菌素致2型糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖、血脂及糖耐量等的影响。结果:甘草中异戊烯基黄酮及亲水性黄酮对正常小鼠无降糖作用但可以提高其葡萄糖耐受性;异戊烯基黄酮对1型糖尿病有降糖作用但亲水性黄酮对1型糖尿病无降糖作用;甘草中异戊烯基黄酮及亲水性黄酮对2型糖尿病小鼠均有降糖作用,以异戊烯基黄酮的降糖作用较为明显,且均能提高2型糖尿病模型小鼠的葡萄糖耐受性;此外两类黄酮对1型、2型糖尿病模型小鼠的肝、肾脏均有一定的保护作用。结论:甘草中的黄酮在预防治疗糖尿病上有一定的作用,以甘草中异戊烯基黄酮的降糖作用较为明显。

목적:통과정상소서、1형당뇨병급2형당뇨병모형소서대감초중이무희기황동급친수성황동적강당、강지작용진행연구。방법:통과동물실험연구감초중이무희기황동급친수성황동대정상소서、사양밀정치1형당뇨병모형소서급련뇨좌균소치2형당뇨병모형소서적혈당、혈지급당내량등적영향。결과:감초중이무희기황동급친수성황동대정상소서무강당작용단가이제고기포도당내수성;이무희기황동대1형당뇨병유강당작용단친수성황동대1형당뇨병무강당작용;감초중이무희기황동급친수성황동대2형당뇨병소서균유강당작용,이이무희기황동적강당작용교위명현,차균능제고2형당뇨병모형소서적포도당내수성;차외량류황동대1형、2형당뇨병모형소서적간、신장균유일정적보호작용。결론:감초중적황동재예방치료당뇨병상유일정적작용,이감초중이무희기황동적강당작용교위명현。
Objective:Through the normal mice, type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetic model mice of isoamyl alkenyl flavones in liquorice and hydrophilic hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering effects of flavonoids were studied. Methods:By animal experiment research of licorice flavonoids and isoamyl alkenyl hydrophilic flavonoids on the normal mice, alloxan model mice with type 1 diabetes and chain urea with cephalosporins type 2 diabetic model mice blood glucose, blood lipid and glucose tolerance. Results:Licorice isoamyl alkenyl flavones and hydrophilic flavonoids no hypoglycemic effect on the normal mice but can improve the glucose tolerance; Isoamyl alkenyl flavonoids has hypoglycemic effect to type 1 diabetes but hydrophilic flavonoids of type 1 diabetes without hypoglycemic effect; Licorice isoamyl alkenyl and the flavonoid in hydrophilic flavonoids has hypoglycemic effect to both type 2 diabetes mice, with isoamyl alkenyl flavonoids of hypoglycemic effect is more obvious, and it can improve the glucose tolerance of type 2 diabetic model mice;In addition two kinds of flavonoids on type 1 and type 2 diabetes model mice of liver and kidney has certain protective effect. Conclusion:Licorice flavonoids have certain effect in preventing diabetes, isoamyl alkenyl flavones in liquorice hypoglycemic effect is more obvious.
