目的:优化左卡尼汀片的处方及制备工艺。方法:通过处方设计与筛选,以进口制剂在不同介质中的溶出曲线为指标,确定优化处方及制备工艺。结果:采用优化处方和工艺制备的左卡尼汀片在常用介质中的溶出行为与进口制剂基本一致。结论:自制制剂的处方合理,工艺可行,适合工业生产。

목적:우화좌잡니정편적처방급제비공예。방법:통과처방설계여사선,이진구제제재불동개질중적용출곡선위지표,학정우화처방급제비공예。결과:채용우화처방화공예제비적좌잡니정편재상용개질중적용출행위여진구제제기본일치。결론:자제제제적처방합리,공예가행,괄합공업생산。
Objective:To optimize Levocarnitine tablets formulation and preparation technology. Methods:The formulation and preparation technology were optimazed with the deviation degree of the accumulative release percentage as evaluation index. Results:Dissolution of the optimal formulation and preparation technology were consistent,taking the commercial capsule as reference.The optimal formulation and preparation technology were verified with quality evaluation.Conclusions:The Levocarnitine tablets prepared by optimized formulation and preparation technology are up to the standard preparation, and adapted to the industrialized production.
