目的:建立HPLC测定骨康口服液中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定阿魏酸的含量,Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83),流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长316nm。结果:阿魏酸在6.205~24.82μg·ml-1呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000)。回收率为98.22%(RSD 1.4%,n=9)。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,能有效控制骨康口服液的质量。

목적:건립HPLC측정골강구복액중아위산적함량측정방법。방법:채용HPLC법측정아위산적함량,Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)위색보주,류동상위을정-0.085%린산용액(17∶83),류속1.0ml·min-1,검측파장316nm。결과:아위산재6.205~24.82μg·ml-1정량호적선성관계(r=1.0000)。회수솔위98.22%(RSD 1.4%,n=9)。결론:본법간편,준학,령민도고,중현성호,능유효공제골강구복액적질량。
Objective:To establish a quantitative method for ferulic acid in Gukangkoufuye by HPLC.Method: Using a HPLC method with Diamonsil C18 (4.6mm ×250mm,5μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid solution (17∶83)at a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1, the UV detection wavelength was 316 nm.Result: The linear range of ferulic acid was in the range between 6.205μg·ml-1 and 24.82μg·ml-1 (r=1.0000). The average recovery of ferulic acid was 98.22% with RSD of 1.4%.Conclusion: This method is simple, efficient and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of ferulic acid in Gukangkoufuye.
