目的:了解大兴区精神障碍患者管理现状,为加强社区管理提供参考依据。方法:对大兴区近三年动态监测数据进行描述性研究。结果:截止到2013年全区检出登记精神障碍患者3769人,其中属重性精神障碍3041人,管理率和病情稳定率处于较好水平。精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、癫痫所致精神障碍、精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍位居重性精神障碍的前四位。2011年~2013年针对全区累计举办培训75次,新发病96人,新建档952人,累计723人享受免费服药,入户送药2644人次。结论:大兴区社区精神卫生保健工作管理水平稳步提高。建立系统的网格化社区联动服务机制是当前应切实加强的重点工作。
目的:瞭解大興區精神障礙患者管理現狀,為加彊社區管理提供參攷依據。方法:對大興區近三年動態鑑測數據進行描述性研究。結果:截止到2013年全區檢齣登記精神障礙患者3769人,其中屬重性精神障礙3041人,管理率和病情穩定率處于較好水平。精神分裂癥、雙相情感障礙、癲癇所緻精神障礙、精神髮育遲滯伴髮精神障礙位居重性精神障礙的前四位。2011年~2013年針對全區纍計舉辦培訓75次,新髮病96人,新建檔952人,纍計723人享受免費服藥,入戶送藥2644人次。結論:大興區社區精神衛生保健工作管理水平穩步提高。建立繫統的網格化社區聯動服務機製是噹前應切實加彊的重點工作。
목적:료해대흥구정신장애환자관리현상,위가강사구관리제공삼고의거。방법:대대흥구근삼년동태감측수거진행묘술성연구。결과:절지도2013년전구검출등기정신장애환자3769인,기중속중성정신장애3041인,관리솔화병정은정솔처우교호수평。정신분렬증、쌍상정감장애、전간소치정신장애、정신발육지체반발정신장애위거중성정신장애적전사위。2011년~2013년침대전구루계거판배훈75차,신발병96인,신건당952인,루계723인향수면비복약,입호송약2644인차。결론:대흥구사구정신위생보건공작관리수평은보제고。건립계통적망격화사구련동복무궤제시당전응절실가강적중점공작。
Objective:To understand the management status of patients with mental disorders in Daxing district, and provide a reference to strengthen community management. Methods:The dynamic monitoring data for nearly three years in Daxing district was descriptively researched. Results:By 2013, the district detected 3 769 registered patients with mental disorders, in which 3 041 cases had serious mental disorder. The management rate and illness stability rate were at a good level. Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, men-tal disorders caused by epilepsy, mental retardation combined with mental disorders were the top four serious mental disorders. In 2011-2013, for the entire district, 75 trainings were performed, 96 new cases were found, 952 people were newly registered. Totally 723 people enjoyed free medication and 2 644 people received the medicine at home. Conclusions: Daxing community mental health care management level enhances unceasingly. The establishment of community linkage mechanism of system grid service is the focus of the current work.
