膨胀土对高速公路桥梁有着极大危害，介绍了膨胀土地区桥涵病害类型，从设计和施工两方面分析了桥涵病害产生原因；介绍了膨胀土地带桥涵病害处治方案，膨胀土地基桥涵基础防排水处理措施，包括路面和桥面汇水下渗基底预防措施，地表水漫流下渗到桥台或桥墩基底处治措施等。

Expansive soil greatly damages expressway bridge and culvert,this paper introduces the main damage types of bridge and culvert,analyzes the causes of bridge and culvert from two aspects of design and construction;introduces the treatment schemes of bridge and culvert diseases,treatment measures of waterproof and drainage for bridge and culvert foundation, including preventive measures of catchment infiltration into basement for pavement and bridge deck,treatment measures of cross flow infiltration into abutment or pier basement for surface water and so on.
