目的:探讨垂体瘤患者瘤体质地的软硬度与M R扫描T2加权像上信号强度的关系,为预测手术风险及手术效果提供依据。方法对我院收治的58例垂体瘤患者的临床资料、影像学检查结果及手术情况进行回顾性分析。结果肿瘤的质地软硬和T1加权像上扫描结果无明显关系(P>0.05);T2WI瘤体白质信号比值与瘤体质地呈明显相关性(P<0.05)。瘤体质地软的患者平均胶原含量显著低于瘤体质地韧的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而质地软的瘤体 T2WI瘤体与白质信号比值显著高于瘤体质地韧的患者(P<0.05),T2 WI瘤体与白质信号比值与瘤体胶原含量呈负相关(r=-0.794,P<0.05)。结论垂体瘤患者中肿瘤的质地决定了手术切除的理想程度;通过M R信号强度分析判断肿瘤的质地,可预测手术效果。而M RI中T2 WI瘤体与白质信号比可作为术前评估垂体瘤质地的一个指标。

Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor consistency and the intensity of T 2-weighted MR ima-ging signal in patients with pituitary tumors ,and to provide the basis for the prediction of operation risk and operation effect . Methods The clinical data ,imaging findings and operation in 58 cases of pituitary tumor patients in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively .Results The consistency of pituitary tumor and T1 weighted MR imaging signal showed no relationship (P>0.05);T2 WI tumor/white matter signal intensity ratio was significantly associated with tumor consistency (P<0.05). The average tumor texture collagen content was significantly lower in patients with soft texture tumor than that in patients with tough texture tumor ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);while T2 WI tumor/white matter signal intensity ratio in patients with tumor of soft texture was significantly higher than that in patients with tough texture tumor (P<0.05).T2 WI tumor/white matter signal intensity ratio was negatively correlated with tumor collagen content ( r = - 0.794 , P<0.05).Conclusion Pituitary tumors texture determines the extent of surgical resection ;the judgment of tumor texture can predict the operation effect by MR signal intensity. MRI T2WI tumor/white matter signal intensity ratio can be used as an indi-cator to preoperatively assess the consistency of pituitary tumors.
