目的：探讨短暂性脑缺血（T IA ）发作患者的抑郁和焦虑状态。方法分别测评66例T IA患者和60例健康对照者抑郁和焦虑状态，采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）。结果 TIA组SDS、SAS测评总分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论 T IA患者存在不同程度的抑郁和焦虑。
목적：탐토단잠성뇌결혈（T IA ）발작환자적억욱화초필상태。방법분별측평66례T IA환자화60례건강대조자억욱화초필상태，채용억욱자평량표（SDS）화초필자평량표（SAS）。결과 TIA조SDS、SAS측평총분균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.01）。결론 T IA환자존재불동정도적억욱화초필。
Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression disorders of patients with transient ischemic attacks (TIA) .Methods The anxiety and depression of 66 patients with TIA and 60 healthy people were assessed by self-rating de-pression scale(SDS)and self -rating anxiety scale(SAS). Results The SDS and SAS scores of TIA group were significantly higher than these of control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Patients with TIA have different levels of depression and anxiety.
