目的:探讨重症脑卒中相关性肺炎对患者神经功能的影响及干预对策,以减少临床脑卒中肺部感染及对患者神经功能的严重损伤。方法选择2011-02-2013-02我院收治的126例重症脑卒中患者,将发生脑卒中相关性肺炎的患者分为SAP组,未发生脑卒中相关性肺炎的患者分为非SAP组,比较2组一般资料、神经功能、影像学及治疗相关措施。结果本组发生卒中相关性肺炎73例,发生率57.94%;SAP 组NIHSS 评分、意识障碍发生率及吞咽障碍发生率均显著高于非 SAP 组;2组年龄、营养状况、糖尿病、脱水剂、预防性使用抗生素、侵入操作、死亡方面均有显著性差异( P <0.05)。结论重症脑卒中相关性肺炎对患者的神经功能损伤较未发生肺炎患者更严重,需采取干预措施预防脑卒中相关性肺炎发生。

목적:탐토중증뇌졸중상관성폐염대환자신경공능적영향급간예대책,이감소림상뇌졸중폐부감염급대환자신경공능적엄중손상。방법선택2011-02-2013-02아원수치적126례중증뇌졸중환자,장발생뇌졸중상관성폐염적환자분위SAP조,미발생뇌졸중상관성폐염적환자분위비SAP조,비교2조일반자료、신경공능、영상학급치료상관조시。결과본조발생졸중상관성폐염73례,발생솔57.94%;SAP 조NIHSS 평분、의식장애발생솔급탄인장애발생솔균현저고우비 SAP 조;2조년령、영양상황、당뇨병、탈수제、예방성사용항생소、침입조작、사망방면균유현저성차이( P <0.05)。결론중증뇌졸중상관성폐염대환자적신경공능손상교미발생폐염환자경엄중,수채취간예조시예방뇌졸중상관성폐염발생。
Objective To investigate the effects of severe cerebral stroke associated pneumonia on the neurological function of patients.Methods 126 patients with severe stroke in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were divided into the stroke associated pneumonia group (SAP group) and non-stroke associated pneumonia (non-SAP group).The general informa-tion ,neurological function ,imaging and treatment measures of two groups were compared.Results The occurrence rate of consciousness obstacle dysphagia and NIHSS score of SAP group were higher than these of non-SAP group;The age ,nutri-tional status ,diabetes ,dehydrating agent ,antibiotics prevention use ,invasive operation and death of two groups had a signifi-cant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Severe stroke associated pneumonia has more serious neurological function damage to take measures to prevent stroke associated pneumonia.
