目的：分析血站外调血液的现行检验策略，探讨相应的改进措施。方法统计本站2007年～2012年外调合格血液的再检结果，并结合相关情况进行分析。结果19424份原检合格的外调血液中，163份血液因再检结果与原检结果不符被报废，外调血液的检验策略应作进一步的改进。结论实施血站间血液检验结果互认，有利于提高临床用血安全性，减少卫生资源浪费。

목적：분석혈참외조혈액적현행검험책략，탐토상응적개진조시。방법통계본참2007년～2012년외조합격혈액적재검결과，병결합상관정황진행분석。결과19424빈원검합격적외조혈액중，163빈혈액인재검결과여원검결과불부피보폐，외조혈액적검험책략응작진일보적개진。결론실시혈참간혈액검험결과호인，유리우제고림상용혈안전성，감소위생자원낭비。
Objectives To analyze the current test scheme of the blood allocated between blood services, explore the better scheme.Methods In combination with Nanning Blood Station's data of re-testing result of the qualified blood allocated from other blood services from 2007 to 2012 and others relevant information, analyze the shortcoming of current test scheme.Results 163 units blood of 19424 were abandoned because of the re-testing result was difference from the previously result tested by other blood services the current test scheme should be adjusted.Conclusions Practicing the scheme of Mutual recognition of test results in blood services help promoting the blood safety of clinic use , and reducing the waste of health resources.
