目的:了解绝经后妇女2型糖尿病肾病患者骨代谢指标变化。方法:2型糖尿病肾病患者依据骨密度分为36例合并骨质疏松的患者及34例骨密度正常患者,对照组为2型糖尿病未达到肾病诊断标准者,分别测定钙、磷、碱性ALP、PTH、PINP和β-CTX以及25-OHD。结果:糖尿病肾病合并骨质疏松组及糖尿病肾病骨量正常组的血ALP、PTH、PINP及β-CTX均明显高于糖尿病无肾病组(P<0.05或P<0.01);糖尿病肾病合并骨质疏松组及糖尿病肾病骨量正常组的血25-OHD均明显低于糖尿病无肾病组(P<0.05或P<0.01);血磷、血钙测定各组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:绝经后妇女2型糖尿病肾病患者ALP、PTH升高,PINP、β-CTX为骨质疏松敏感指标。
目的:瞭解絕經後婦女2型糖尿病腎病患者骨代謝指標變化。方法:2型糖尿病腎病患者依據骨密度分為36例閤併骨質疏鬆的患者及34例骨密度正常患者,對照組為2型糖尿病未達到腎病診斷標準者,分彆測定鈣、燐、堿性ALP、PTH、PINP和β-CTX以及25-OHD。結果:糖尿病腎病閤併骨質疏鬆組及糖尿病腎病骨量正常組的血ALP、PTH、PINP及β-CTX均明顯高于糖尿病無腎病組(P<0.05或P<0.01);糖尿病腎病閤併骨質疏鬆組及糖尿病腎病骨量正常組的血25-OHD均明顯低于糖尿病無腎病組(P<0.05或P<0.01);血燐、血鈣測定各組間比較差異無統計學意義。結論:絕經後婦女2型糖尿病腎病患者ALP、PTH升高,PINP、β-CTX為骨質疏鬆敏感指標。
목적:료해절경후부녀2형당뇨병신병환자골대사지표변화。방법:2형당뇨병신병환자의거골밀도분위36례합병골질소송적환자급34례골밀도정상환자,대조조위2형당뇨병미체도신병진단표준자,분별측정개、린、감성ALP、PTH、PINP화β-CTX이급25-OHD。결과:당뇨병신병합병골질소송조급당뇨병신병골량정상조적혈ALP、PTH、PINP급β-CTX균명현고우당뇨병무신병조(P<0.05혹P<0.01);당뇨병신병합병골질소송조급당뇨병신병골량정상조적혈25-OHD균명현저우당뇨병무신병조(P<0.05혹P<0.01);혈린、혈개측정각조간비교차이무통계학의의。결론:절경후부녀2형당뇨병신병환자ALP、PTH승고,PINP、β-CTX위골질소송민감지표。
Objective:To study bone metabolism index changes of postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined osteoporosis. Method:based on bone mineral density was divided into 36 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and osteoporosis,34 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and normal bone mineral density ,and 33 cases of type 2 diabetic mellitus were selected. Calcium,phosphorus,ALP,PTH,PINP,and β-CTX and 25-OHD of three groups were determined.Result:ALP,PTH,PINP andβ-CTX in diabetic nephropathy osteoporosis group and bone mass normal group were significantly higher than those in diabetic group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).25-OHD in diabetic nephropathy osteoporosis group and bone mass normal group were lower than that in diabetes group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). There were no statistical difference in blood phosphorus and blood calcium among groups.Conclusion:ALP and PTH in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy are elevate,PINP andβ-CTX are sensitive indexs of osteoporosis.
