目的：探寻乙型肝炎患者血清中乙型肝炎病毒表面大蛋白（LHBs）表达量的变化及其与病毒载量的相关性。方法对临床确诊为慢性乙型肝炎的170例病例及28例健康对照血清样本分析，ELISA检测乙型肝炎表面大蛋白的含量、实时定量PCR检测乙型肝炎病毒。结果乙型肝炎病毒表面大蛋白在乙型肝炎患者的血清中表达，在非乙型肝炎的患者中不表达，并且和乙型肝炎病毒的载量成正相关。结论乙型肝炎病毒表面大蛋白的表达，可以作为临床感染乙型肝炎病毒及临床疗效判断的参考依据。
목적：탐심을형간염환자혈청중을형간염병독표면대단백（LHBs）표체량적변화급기여병독재량적상관성。방법대림상학진위만성을형간염적170례병례급28례건강대조혈청양본분석，ELISA검측을형간염표면대단백적함량、실시정량PCR검측을형간염병독。결과을형간염병독표면대단백재을형간염환자적혈청중표체，재비을형간염적환자중불표체，병차화을형간염병독적재량성정상관。결론을형간염병독표면대단백적표체，가이작위림상감염을형간염병독급림상료효판단적삼고의거。
Objective To find the relationtion of the large protein on the surface of hepatitis B virus(LHBs) and loading of hepatitis B virus in the serum . Methods Testing the concentration of LHBs by ELISA and loading of hepatitis B virus by real-time PCR in serum of 170 patients and 28 controls.Result There are some LHBs in the serum of patients with hepatitis B ,as the same time they are positive correlation and there are not any LHBs in the healthy control. Conclusion The large protein on the surface of hepatitis B virus could regard as a marker thought which indicate the infection hepatitis B virus and effect of the treatment.
