目的：通过神经电生理检查来观察、评定早期远隔取穴针刺法治疗急性面神经炎的疗效。方法将132例患者分成对照组和治疗组，分别给予早期远道取穴针刺法治疗和常规治疗，通过神经电生理检查评定两组疗效。结果早期远道取穴针刺法治疗组分别于治疗14 d和28 d后通过神经电生理检查评定潜伏期、波幅、神经传导速度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）有统计学意义，早期远道取穴针刺法治疗组疗效好于对照组。结论早期远道取穴针刺法结合常规方法治疗急性面神经炎疗效显著。
목적：통과신경전생리검사래관찰、평정조기원격취혈침자법치료급성면신경염적료효。방법장132례환자분성대조조화치료조，분별급여조기원도취혈침자법치료화상규치료，통과신경전생리검사평정량조료효。결과조기원도취혈침자법치료조분별우치료14 d화28 d후통과신경전생리검사평정잠복기、파폭、신경전도속도균우우대조조（P＜0.05）유통계학의의，조기원도취혈침자법치료조료효호우대조조。결론조기원도취혈침자법결합상규방법치료급성면신경염료효현저。
Objective To observe the effect of Staging Acupuncture combined with conventional therapy in treating the patients with the Acute facial paralysis.Methods 132 patients were divided into control group and treatment group which were given conventional treatment and conventional treatment combined with Staging Acupuncture respectively. The therapeutic effect was assessed by the nerve electrophysiological examination.Results There was statistical significance in the treatment group when we compared the Neurophysiological results in the treatment group with that in control group after 14 days and 28 days. The healing effect in Staging Acupuncture group was more effective than that in control group.Conclusion The effect is more significant when we combined Staging Acupuncture with conventional methods to treat Acute facial paralysis.
