临床实习教学是医学教育的重要环节，是医学生经过几年的基础理论课学习后，对自己所学知识的应用和检验，该时期也是他们面临继续深造和落实工作的关键节点。社会的因素及自身的因素影响着实习效果，医学生在毕业前后相关的问题也日益凸显。本文对我院的外省医学院校来沪实习的医学生的情况进行了调查，对实习教学面临的问题进行了分析。

clinical practice teaching is an important part of medical education, it is the application and inspection of clinical students′ knowledge after their theoretical study. It is also their key period for their subsequent study and job search. social factors and factors of themselves affected clinical practice effect. during the period of graduation, the problems of medical students become prominent. in this paper, the situation of the medical students from other provincial medical colleges interning in our hospital was investigated and the problems the medical students faced were analyzed.
