目的：探讨肺硬化性血管瘤（PSH）的CT诊断及鉴别诊断，以提高对本病的认识和诊断率。方法回顾性分析我院经手术病理证实的7例肺硬化性血管瘤病例，分析其CT表现。结果 PSH好发于中年女性， CT表现为肺内孤立圆形、类圆形结节或肿块，密度尚均匀，边界光整。CT增强扫描病灶呈明显均匀强化，且持续强化。结论 PSH具有一般良性肿瘤的CT表现，动态增强扫描对其诊断有较高价值；病灶周围出现“空气新月征”及“贴边血管征”更有助于对肺硬化性血管瘤的诊断。
목적：탐토폐경화성혈관류（PSH）적CT진단급감별진단，이제고대본병적인식화진단솔。방법회고성분석아원경수술병리증실적7례폐경화성혈관류병례，분석기CT표현。결과 PSH호발우중년녀성， CT표현위폐내고립원형、류원형결절혹종괴，밀도상균균，변계광정。CT증강소묘병조정명현균균강화，차지속강화。결론 PSH구유일반량성종류적CT표현，동태증강소묘대기진단유교고개치；병조주위출현“공기신월정”급“첩변혈관정”경유조우대폐경화성혈관류적진단。
Objective To investigate the pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH) of the CT performance features,designed to increase awareness of PSH imaging to improve preoperative diagnosis. Methods The clinical data of 7patients with PSH in our hospital,including symptoms,radiological examinations. The diagnosis of PSH was confirmed by histological examination. Results PSH should be considered in young and middle-aged female patients. On CT,the lesion presented as well-defined,round and oval shaped mass or nodule, a homogeneous soft tissue mass on unenhanced CT. Homogeneous enhancement after contrast administration; on delayed phase scans , some of them demonstrated late enhancement. Conclusion PSH in the CT scan is generally benign characteristics. The disease can be preoperatively diagnosed combined with air-trapping zone , vessels at its periphery within images(especially on CT).
