目的：探讨临床路径护理对手术室护理管理质量的影响。方法从手术室的现状入手，实施临床护理路径，护患双方相互促进。结果实施了临床护理路径，sas、sds评分和并发症发生率显著降低。结论在手术室的护理管理中应用临床路径护理可以提高护理质量和患者满意度，改善患者的焦虑和抑郁状态，并可减少并发症的发生，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토림상로경호리대수술실호리관리질량적영향。방법종수술실적현상입수，실시림상호리로경，호환쌍방상호촉진。결과실시료림상호리로경，sas、sds평분화병발증발생솔현저강저。결론재수술실적호리관리중응용림상로경호리가이제고호리질량화환자만의도，개선환자적초필화억욱상태，병가감소병발증적발생，치득림상추엄응용。
Objectiveto explore the clinical nursing path on the quality of nursing management in the operating room. Methods We studied the current situation in the operating room and clinical nursing path was implemented. the relationship between nurses and patients was promoted each other.Results the score of sas and sds and the incidence of complications was signiifcantly reduced by the implementation of clinical nursing path.Conclusion in nursing management of the operating room, the application of clinical nursing path can improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction, improve the anxiety and depression state of patients, and can reduce complications. it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
