目的：探讨磁共振成像技术在头颈部血管畸形中的应用价值，为该病的治疗提供理论基础。方法随机选取2012年2月至2014年3月就诊的30例头颈部血管畸形的患者，包括静脉畸形、动静脉畸形。所有患者均进行磁共振扫描成像检查，同时其中15例增加ct检查作为对照组，比较两组检查效果。结果所有患者经Mri检查，其头颈部血管均可得到清晰成像，病变部位与周边结构联系清晰可见；且试验组检查效果较对照组成像更清晰、对机体伤害更小、无辐射、无创。结论磁共振技术在头颈部血管畸形的诊断治疗中具有重要价值，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토자공진성상기술재두경부혈관기형중적응용개치，위해병적치료제공이론기출。방법수궤선취2012년2월지2014년3월취진적30례두경부혈관기형적환자，포괄정맥기형、동정맥기형。소유환자균진행자공진소묘성상검사，동시기중15례증가ct검사작위대조조，비교량조검사효과。결과소유환자경Mri검사，기두경부혈관균가득도청석성상，병변부위여주변결구련계청석가견；차시험조검사효과교대조조성상경청석、대궤체상해경소、무복사、무창。결론자공진기술재두경부혈관기형적진단치료중구유중요개치，치득림상추엄。
Objective to study the application value of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging(Mri) technology in vascular malformations of the head and neck to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods 120 patients with vascular malformations of the head and neck who were diagnosed from february 2012 to March 2014 were randomly selected and all checked up with Mri. at present, 15 patients of those were extra checked by ct as conditional control group, other 15 patients were treated as experiment group, and effects of examination in the two groups were compared.Results after examined by Mri, the images of Mri were much clearer and lesion site and the surrounding structure can be clearly seen. the images of experiment group were clearer with little injury, nonradiative and noninvasive advantages.Conclusion Mri can be used as the initial methods for diagnosis of vascular malformations in the head and neck. it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
