目的：了解左心衰竭的ct表现，探讨ct检查对于诊断左心衰竭的价值。方法回顾性分析46例确诊左心衰竭患者的X线、ct影像资料，总结左心衰竭四大症状的影像资料表现。结果胸部X线检查出肺静脉高压43例、间质性肺水肿27例、肺泡性肺水肿23例、胸腔积液26例，46例患者均有不同程度的心影增大；ct还可检查出X线不能诊断出的11例叶间胸膜增厚和2例胸腔积液伴压迫性肺不张。较之于X线，ct可以更直观、更清晰的显示出网格状纹理、肺门增宽情况，可以显示出冠状动脉钙化的表现：冠状动脉呈高密度影像。结论 ct可以提供更丰富的影像学资料，可以诊断出X线难以诊断的病灶，但价格较高，在基层难以普及，所以临床应用时可将X线作为首选检测方法， ct检查作为进一步鉴别左心衰竭的重要方法。

Objective to understand ct manifestations of left ventricular failure, and to investigate the value of ct examination for the diagnosis of left ventricular failure.Methods there is a retrospective analysis of X-ray and ct image data of 46 patients who diagnosed with left ventricular failure, then, we try to summarize the image data performances of the four main symptoms of left ventricular failure.Results By chest X-ray, we found that there were 43 cases of pulmonary venous hypertension, 27 cases of interstitial pulmonary edema, 23 cases of alveolar pulmonary edema, 26 cases of pleural effusion, and all of the 46 patients had a varying degrees of increased heart shadow. as for ct, we can also check out some of the leaves in X-rays: 11 cases of pleural thickening, and two cases of pleural effusion with compression atelectasis. compared to X-rays, ct showed the grid-like texture and hilus pulmonis widened case more intuitive and clearly and it showed the performance of coronary artery calciifcation: coronary artery showed a high density image.Conclusion ct provides variety imaging data, and has the ability to diagnose some diseases which are dififcult for X-ray examination, but its price is higher so that it is dififcult to spread at the grassroots level. So X-ray can be used as an detection method, and CT examination as a further identiifcation of left ventricular failure.
