为保证盾构的顺利推进,需对既有护管桥钻孔灌注桩进行拔除处理,针对工程地质条件差且附近的大直径合流污水管对土体变形非常敏感的特点,选用360°全回转套管机进行拔桩施工,并从施工难点、工艺比选、施工过程等方面进行了阐述,为类似工程施工积累了经验。

In order to guarantee successful shield construction, the paper carries out bored pile pulling treatment of existing pipe-protecting bridge. According to bad engineering geology conditions and being sensitive to soil deformation of large-diameter drainage pipe, it selects 360°ro-tary machine for pile-pulling construction, and describes construction difficulties, technology comparison and construction process, which has ac-cumulated experience for similar engineering construction.
