[目的]探讨延伸护理对2型糖尿病(DM)病人出院后遵医行为及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的影响。[方法]选择90例2型 DM出院病人，随机分成观察组和对照组各45例，对照组给予常规出院指导，观察组出院后实施延伸护理。两组病人在每个月的最后1d 回院内门诊测定空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖；出院3个月、6个月时测定 HbA1c 的控制情况；第6个月对两组病人进行遵医情况调查。[结果]观察组病人遵医行为及血糖、糖化血红蛋白的控制情况均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]延伸护理可提高DM病人的遵医行为，有利于血糖及 HbA1c 的控制。
[목적]탐토연신호리대2형당뇨병(DM)병인출원후준의행위급당화혈홍단백(HbA1c)적영향。[방법]선택90례2형 DM출원병인，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각45례，대조조급여상규출원지도，관찰조출원후실시연신호리。량조병인재매개월적최후1d 회원내문진측정공복혈당급찬후2h혈당；출원3개월、6개월시측정 HbA1c 적공제정황；제6개월대량조병인진행준의정황조사。[결과]관찰조병인준의행위급혈당、당화혈홍단백적공제정황균우우대조조(P<0.01)。[결론]연신호리가제고DM병인적준의행위，유리우혈당급 HbA1c 적공제。
Obj ective:To probe into the influence of extended care on com-pliance behaviors after discharge and glycosylated hemoglobin in type 2 dia-betic patients.Methods:A total of 90 cases of type 2 DM discharged pa-tients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group,45 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine discharge guidance,and extended care was carried out for patients in obser-vation group after discharge.Two groups of patients came back to the hos-pital outpatient service for determination of fasting blood glucose and post-prandial 2 h blood glucose on the last 1 day in each month;Determination of HbA1c control was measured at 3 months and 6 months after discharge;two groups of patients were investigated on their compliance behaviors at sixth month after discharge.Results:Compliance behaviors and control of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of observation group patients were superior to that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Extended care can improve the compliance behavior of patients with DM,and can con-trol blood glucose and HbA1c.
