目的：探讨米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防高危产妇剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法将68例产妇随机分为缩宫素组和联合组各34例，分别给予单一缩宫素和米索前列醇联合缩宫素，观察2组预防产后出血的效果。结果联合组产妇用药后血压、脉搏以及不良反应与缩宫素组比较均无显著性差异（P>0.05）。但是联合组产妇产后2 h、24 h出血量以及第三产程时间明显较缩宫素组少，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论缩宫素和米索前列醇联合用于高危产妇剖宫产产后出血的预防，产后出血量少，效果显著，值得临床进一步研究推广。
목적：탐토미색전렬순연합축궁소예방고위산부부궁산산후출혈적림상효과。방법장68례산부수궤분위축궁소조화연합조각34례，분별급여단일축궁소화미색전렬순연합축궁소，관찰2조예방산후출혈적효과。결과연합조산부용약후혈압、맥박이급불량반응여축궁소조비교균무현저성차이（P>0.05）。단시연합조산부산후2 h、24 h출혈량이급제삼산정시간명현교축궁소조소，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론축궁소화미색전렬순연합용우고위산부부궁산산후출혈적예방，산후출혈량소，효과현저，치득림상진일보연구추엄。
Objective To investigate the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage for high risk pregnant women underwent cesarean section. Methods 68 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into oxytocin group and combine group with 34 cases respectively, the prevention effect for postpartum hemorrhage of the two groups were observed. Results In combine group, blood pressure, pulse and the adverse reactions after using drugs were not significant different from oxytocin group (P>0.05). However, the bleeding amount of postpartum at 2h, 24h, postpartum hemorrhage rate and the time of third stage in combine group was significantly lower than those in oxytocin group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined oxytocin with misoprostol for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage, the effect is good with litter postpartum hemorrhage, which is worth popularizing and for further clinical study.
