目的：探讨0.5%碘伏治疗足癣的临床疗效。方法2005年9月-2012年11月我院采用0.5%碘伏治疗足癣46例，观察其临床疗效。结果本组46例足癣患者，经15 d~20 d的治疗，41例痊愈，占89.13%；4例显效，占8.70%；1例效果较差，占2.17%，总有效率为97.83%。本组46例均获得10个月~21个月的随访，平均13个月，未见复发病例。结论0.5%碘伏治疗足癣疗效较佳，值得推广。
목적：탐토0.5%전복치료족선적림상료효。방법2005년9월-2012년11월아원채용0.5%전복치료족선46례，관찰기림상료효。결과본조46례족선환자，경15 d~20 d적치료，41례전유，점89.13%；4례현효，점8.70%；1례효과교차，점2.17%，총유효솔위97.83%。본조46례균획득10개월~21개월적수방，평균13개월，미견복발병례。결론0.5%전복치료족선료효교가，치득추엄。
Objective To approach the curative effect of 0.5% iodophors treat ringworm of feet. Methods Between September 2005 and November 2012, 46 patients of ringworm of feet were treated with 0.5% iodophors,to observe the curative effect. Results All patients get treatment of 15~20d,41 patients get recovery,occupy 89.13%;4 patients get excellence,occupy 8.70%;1 patients get utility,occupy 2.17%;0 patient get ineffective,occupy 0%;the total effective rate was 97.83%. All patients were followed average 13 months (10~21 months),no palindromia. Conclusion The treatment of 0.5%iodophors treat ringworm of feet was a better method.
