目的：探讨产科采用风险管理模式护理的方法及效果。方法根据管理模式的不同，将120例住院产妇分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用风险管理，对照组仅使用常规护理，观察并对比分析2组的护理效果。结果观察组护理质量的评分结果在基础护理、护理文书、健康宣教、病房管理方面均高于对照组且差异显著（P<0.05）。观察组的难产率、产后出血量低于对照组，阴道分娩率、护理满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采取风险管理模式可以提高护理质量，有效降低产科护理风险的概率，大大提高了患者对护理服务的满意度。
목적：탐토산과채용풍험관리모식호리적방법급효과。방법근거관리모식적불동，장120례주원산부분위관찰조화대조조。관찰조채용풍험관리，대조조부사용상규호리，관찰병대비분석2조적호리효과。결과관찰조호리질량적평분결과재기출호리、호리문서、건강선교、병방관리방면균고우대조조차차이현저（P<0.05）。관찰조적난산솔、산후출혈량저우대조조，음도분면솔、호리만의도고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채취풍험관리모식가이제고호리질량，유효강저산과호리풍험적개솔，대대제고료환자대호리복무적만의도。
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of risk management model on obstetrical department. Methods 120 parturients were divided into observation group and control group depending on the different management mode.The parturients of observation group were treated with risk management,and the parturients of control group were barely treated with routine care.We observe and analyze the nursing quality of the two groups. Results The score of Quality of care of Observation group was significant higher than control group (P<0.05),including basic care,nursing documents,health education,and ward management. The rate of dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than the control group,and the rate of vaginal delivery and nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking risk management model,we can effectively reduce the probability of the risk of nursing care,improve the quality of care,and greatly improve the satisfaction of patients on obstetrical department.
