The paper simulates the refilled soil of the retaining walls with ADINA software, undertakes the layering definition of the refilled soil with the birth-death elements, and concludes the pressure circumstances of the retaining walls in the refilling process at different periods, so as to provide some theoretical reference for the design of retaining walls.
